Ava has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for 35 plus years, she considers herself blessed to have been with Dr. Trecartin for 21 of those years. It goes without saying that many of her patients are truly like family. She is privileged to have provided care for many at there very first dental visit and has celebrated many chapters of there lives with them. For Ava it has been much more than a job. She truly loves helping patients improve overall dental health through education understanding and compassion. Her goal is to make you as comfortable as possible while getting the most fabulous smile. She has a heart for her patients and welcomes the opportunity to share experiences at every visit. She has just completed an Orofacial Myology course to extend even more comprehensive care.
At home she shares her love with her husband and her children; she enjoys ballroom dancing and yoga, but her favorite pastime is being overly attentive to her dog Sid and her two cats.
Cheryl joined our team in early 2019. A native of Bergen county, she currently resides in Flemington, NJ. After seven years of searching, she finally found a great practice to work for that’s close to home. She received her Associates in Applied Science from Bergen Community College and has been practicing dental hygiene for 22 years. She loves getting to know her patients and hopes to create a lasting “friendship” with them. She looks forward to improving their overall dental health.
At home Cheryl loves spending time and playing games with her husband and her boy/girl twins. She’s always finding the time to volunteer at her kids’ school as much as she can.
Kim joined our team in 2020. Kim came to the office with decades of dental experience, both as a patient care coordinator and registered dental assistant. As a Flemington native, Kim has spent years meeting many members of our community.
In her free time, Kim spends time with her children and two grandchildren.
Crystal joined our team in 2014 and now has over 15 years of experience as a dental assistant. She offsets the sometimes highly charged environment with her somewhat quiet yet calming personality. One of the things she enjoys most about dentistry is to see how changing a patient’s smile transforms their lives. She has the unique ability to bring humor and entertainment into even the most ordinary of days. Crystal is a dedicated team member who helps give our patients the highest standard of care.
Crystal welcomed a daughter in February 2021 and is a great mom to her three children. She stays busy planning parties, cooking, baking and doing crafts. Not only as a class mom but for her many friends and family members also.
Laura joined our team in 2024, very eager to learn everything she can about dentistry. She is great with people and enjoys making patients feel relaxed and comfortable. She is a fast learner and is looking forward to building a career in dentistry.
Laura is a busy mother of three children, Teddy, Savannah and Otto. She spends her free time caring for these three little ones and cheering for the Buffalo Bills.
